My name is John Baca. I am a 38 year old husband and father of two sons. I was born and raised in San Diego before attending college in Arizona at Embry Riddle Aeronautical University where I chased an aviation dream. As life would have it, I later transferred to Washington state and finished my bachelors degree in Business Administration with a project management focus at City University of Seattle. My experience in casino gaming started like many while I finished up school, first as Security, then finding an instant passion and interest  for the slot gambling product. At the first chance, I applied and transferred into Slots as a technician. I loved tinkering with and learning the ins and outs of repair, configuring, and supporting the product from the data and server side, to The little static spin button on the button panel. It was here where I made contacts with vendors and industry friends that guided me to want to learn more from the manufacturers perspective. I worked in Sales and learned the distribution and product side further, while continuing to build great partnerships in the industry. After some time I returned to Operations to gain more experience in analytics, product management, and Operations.

I am a team of one with a Rolodex of partners, friends and colleagues within the industry determined to support me as I continue to do what I love!

At Baca Solutions LLC, my goal is to work closely with our clients to understand their goals and challenges, and develop solutions that address their specific needs. Our approach is collaborative, transparent, and results-driven. I enjoy developing others, helping identify unknown roadblocks, and helping get over those blocks, as my goal is to solve problems, not just point them out. I want to provide value and return.
